Heart Health. Get the most out of your training with our Cardio GX classes, using heart rate training and the science of biofeedback. Heart rate monitors by Polar® transmit your heart rate data as you ride so you can moderate your intensity according to your training goals. You’ll learn strategies for training smarter and you will see better, faster results.
